Job summary

Acquire Intelligence is seeking a Logistics and Sales Support Officer in Metro Manila to manage purchase orders, coordinate procurement activities, and support warehousing, transport and shipping to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency.

You will provide proactive customer service, handle order processing and invoicing, and serve as the administrative link between business activities and customers while supporting multiple geographies within the group.

Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle's JD Edwards World ERP system highly preferred.
• Experience in sales support / customer service, procurement or logistics (shipping, warehousing and transportation processes) associated with product importation and distribution.
• Outstanding skills with respect to product and customer processes including product costings, import documentation, customer sales/service and quality management.
• Strong IT skills, including Excel reporting & data analysis.
• Hands-on approach with high attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills necessary to communicate effectively within the organization as well as with suppliers and customers.
• Outstanding time-management and prioritisation skills.
• Proven ability to work successfully with others.
• Comfortable working in a small local team as part of a larger national / international team.
• Minimum completion of secondary education to Year 12, with university degree or equivalent business experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Managing purchase orders and associated procurement responsibilities.
• Supporting logistics, warehousing, transport and shipping requirements.
• Providing pro-active customer service and on-time delivery whilst ensuring commercial outcomes for the business, i.e. minimal cost and stock holdings, accurate order processing and invoicing.
• Providing an administrative link between business activities and customers, as well as providing support to assigned business unit(s) and/or geographies and the business in general.
