Job summary

Cyrus Logistics Inc. is seeking a proactive Logistics Coordinator to manage domestic and import shipments. The role involves coordinating with clients and shipping lines, endorsing documents, and ensuring accurate manifest submission and billing processes.

Applicants should have a BS Customs Administration or BSBA in Logistics/SCM, strong communication, and the ability to work under pressure. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Handles import/domestic/export shipments.
• Communicates with Clients and Shipping lines in processing shipments.
• Endorses documents and releases Container Guarantee, Delivery Order and Release Order to the consignee's broker after payment.
• Inquires vessel arrival and registration numbers.
• Follow-ups on freight bills with shipping lines.
• Supervises encoding and submission of Inward Cargo Manifest via E-trade's CDEC or online manifest submission.
• Prepares rate proposals for clients.
• Canvasses rates with Shipping lines and airlines.
• Creates draft billing for import shipments.
• Acts as overall coordinator and documentation in-charge.

About the role

Handles all domestic and import shipment. Responsible in communicating with Clients and Shipping lines in processing received shipment/s.

Key responsibilities

• Handles import/domestic/export shipments
• Responsible in communicating with Clients and Shipping lines in processing received shipments
• Responsible for the endorsement of documents and releasing of Container Guarantee, Delivery Order and Release Order to the consignee's broker upon payment to CLI
• Inquires vessel arrival and registration number
• Follow-up on the freight bill of client with shipping line
• Supervises encoding and submission of Inward Cargo Manifest through E-trade's CDEC and/or through online manifest submission
• Prepares rate proposal for Client
• Conducts rate canvassing with Shipping lines and airlines
• Create draft billing for import shipment
• Serves as over-all Coordinator and Documentation In-Charge

About you

• Graduate of BS Customs Administration and/or BSBA Major in Logistics and Supply Chain Management course
• Related work experience is an advantage
