Job summary

Inteluck Corporation is seeking a Logistics Associate to manage shipment statuses, monitor operations, and coordinate with shipping lines and clients. The role requires strong knowledge of international freight forwarding, customs regulations, and logistics operations.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, the ability to work independently, and willingness to travel as required to meet clients and explore markets.

Responsibilities

• Check Arrival and update shipment status.
• Create File and monitor shipments.
• Update Daily Impex Monitoring Sheet.
• Monitor Shipping Line Detention and Demurrage including computation of actual charges.
• Monitor Delivery and keep client updated.
• Process Delivery Order (D.O.).
• Process payments to shipping lines, consolidators, ports and related charges.
• Prepare Shipment Status Reports for clients and related parties.
• Monitor Container Refunds.
• Secure Official Receipts for all payments.
• Address client queries and coordinate with truckers, shipping lines, and consolidators.
• Perform other tasks instructed by immediate superior.

1. Check Arrival and update shipment status

2. Create File and monitor shipments

3. Update Daily Impex Monitoring Sheet

4. Monitoring of Shipping Line Detention and Demurrage including computation of actual charges

5. Monitor Delivery and keep client updated

6. Processing of Delivery Order (D.O.)

7. Process payment to shipping line, consolidators, ports and other related charges

8. Preparing Shipment Status Report to client and other related parties

9. Monitors Container Refund

10. Follow up and securing Official Receipts for all payment

11. Attend to client queries, concern including proper coordination with truckers, shipping lines and consolidator

12. Other task instructed by immediate superior

Requirements

1.Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or a related field (preferred).

2. Strong knowledge of international freight forwarding, customs regulations, and logistics operations.

3.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
