Job summary

LINKQUICK TRANS CARGO LOGISTICS is seeking a Shipping Specialist to manage end-to-end import/export shipments, bookings, transport and delivery in a freight-forwarding setting in Metro Manila.

You will prepare B/L, AWB, invoices, packing lists and customs forms, track shipments, address delays, and maintain records while ensuring compliance with customs regulations. The role requires a BS Customs Administration and 2+ years in freight forwarding.

Qualifications

• BS Customs Administration graduate.
• Min. 2 years experience as Shipping Specialist in freight forwarding.
• Strong knowledge of customs procedures & shipping docs.
• Proficient in MS Office & shipping systems.
• Detail-oriented, organized, good communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate import/export bookings, transport, and delivery.
