Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• Excellent communication skills
• At least 2 years of experience in a BPO or contact center environment
• Extensive experience in handling financial accounts – fraud analysis, investigation, and review
• Experience in financial services including banking, payments, and FinTechs.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent support to customers via phone, chat, and email
• Investigate and research user issues and escalate bugs for quick resolution
• Advocate for users and share ideas and best practices with the team
• Update the internal knowledge base when new information is found
• Establish effective working relationships with team members and customers
