Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a BPO or contact center environment.
• With extensive experience in handling financial accounts – fraud analysis, investigation, and review.
• Experience in financial services including banking, payments, and FinTech’s.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent support experience to customers via phone, chat, and email.
• Investigate and research user issues and elevate bugs for quick resolution.
• Advocate for users and pass ideas and best practices to the team.
• Update the internal knowledge base when you discover something new.
• Establish effective working relationships with team members and customers.
• Handle operational tasks of Financial Crimes reviews, including sanctions screening and transaction monitoring alerts.
