Job summary

Cognizant Philippines seeks a Financial Crimes Support Analyst to deliver excellent customer service through phone, chat, and email while investigating issues and elevating bugs for rapid resolution.

You will advocate for users, update the knowledge base, and collaborate with the team. You will also perform sanctions screening and transaction monitoring as part of Financial Crimes reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in a BPO or contact center environment.
• Extensive experience in handling financial accounts – fraud analysis, investigation, and review.
• Experience in financial services including banking, payments, and FinTechs.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent support to customers via phone, chat, and email.
• Investigate and research user issues and elevate bugs for quick resolution.
• Advocate for users and pass ideas to the team.
• Update the internal knowledge base when discovering something new.
• Establish effective relationships with team members and customers.
• Handle operational tasks of Financial Crimes reviews, including sanctions screening and transaction monitoring alerting.
