House of Franchise, Inc is seeking a detail‑oriented operations assistant to support the Assistant General Manager across franchise coordination, order processing, encoding, and delivery coordination. The role involves monitoring incidents, stock planning for new stores, and liaising with multiple departments to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Reports directly to the Assistant General Manager.
• Shows good conduct consistent with company standards when dealing with franchisees.
• Provides overall assistance to Operations.
• Coordinates initial orders of franchise.
• Assists on taking orders and encoding.
• Encodes JCM transactions.
• Assists Logistic Assistant with delivery confirmations and coordinates delivery concerns with other departments.
• Monitors LCDR incidents, prepares Incident Reports and ensures resolution.
• Plans, encodes and monitors initial stocks for opening of new stores.
• Handles Cebu operations processes including ILT, Shipment, Ordering, Delivery and Bills Payment and organizes documents.
• Disseminates information to franchisees about new products and company rules.
• Coordinates online payments of Franchisees to Accounting Department.
• Submits confirmed LCDR to Operations Manager, Accounting and Inventory.
• Reports any deviations or untoward incidents to superior.
• Assists in the operation of other sections and performs other tasks as assigned."
