HHC Franchise Hub Solutions Incorporated is seeking an experienced Franchise Operations Manager to oversee franchise operations, ensure compliance with company standards, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will provide operational support to franchisees, monitor branch performance, implement operational improvements, and maintain excellent customer service across all franchise locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business Administration/Management/Marketing).
• At least 2 years of experience in franchise operations or retail management.
• Experience handling multiple branches or franchise networks is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication, coaching and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Willing to travel frequently to visit franchise locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily franchise operations and ensure policy/SOP compliance.
• Conduct regular branch visits, audits and performance evaluations.
• Analyze sales, operations, and financials to improve profitability.
• Train, coach, and support franchisees and staff.
• Ensure brand standards and customer service consistency across locations.
• Coordinate with Marketing, HR, Finance, Purchasing and other departments.
• Resolve operational issues and provide timely franchisee solutions.
• Assist in opening and launching new franchise stores.
• Monitor inventory management, efficiency and quality standards.
• Prepare weekly and monthly management reports.
