Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in Business Studies/Administration or equivalent
• At least 6 months of related work experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written, including the ability to prepare reports

Responsibilities

• Encode, update, and maintain operational data (sales, inventory, deliveries, etc.)
• Verify and validate data from different departments before entering into the system
• Perform daily checks of the Sales orders/DR to ensure no missing, duplicated, or incorrect entries vs system
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly operational reports (sales, variances, inventory, KPI performance)
• Consolidate data from multiple internal, logistics, e-commerce and releasing team
• Support management with ad hoc reports as needed
• Highlight data inconsistencies or unusual trends to supervisors
• Coordinate with store/warehouse teams for missing or corrected data
• Ensure sensitive operational data is protected
• Follow company policies on data handling, retention, and privacy standards
