Qualifications

• At least 1-3 years of solid operations experience focusing in the food retail or restaurant business
• Preferably with experience as Franchise Officer or equivalent
• Proficient in Oral and Written communication
• Ability to set realistic goals and identify specific areas of progress
• Management and leadership qualifications
• With proven track record in sales target achievement
• With experience in creating LSM
• Knowledgeable in analyzing the PNL
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Can work under pressure
• Can immediately respond to any work related queries
• With knowledge in Franchisee concerns
• Willing for field work and visit the Franchisee stores
