Job summary

About the role

MatheMagis Singapore Maths is looking for a Franchise Officer who will help franchise partners operate successfully, maintain brand and service standards, and strengthen the relationship between franchisees and the head office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with business owners, solving operational problems, improving systems, and helping different locations succeed.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a primary support and coordination point for franchise partners, building strong and professional working relationships.
• Conduct regular check-ins with franchisees to understand their operations, challenges, performance, and support needs.
• Help franchisees implement company standards, systems, procedures, programs, and initiatives.
• Monitor franchise operations and identify early signs of operational, sales, service, or compliance concerns that may require support or escalation.
• Conduct center visits and operational reviews, recognizing good practices while identifying areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with internal teams including Operations, Program/Academic, Marketing, Accounting, and Management to address franchisee needs.
• Provide frontline support for company systems and help franchisees properly use required platforms and processes.
• Assist in the rollout and documentation of franchise programs, SOPs, quality initiatives, and operational improvements.
• Maintain accurate franchise records, reports, follow-ups, and action items.
• Support selected Program and company projects as assigned.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
• Experience in franchise operations, account management, customer/client success, business operations, retail operations, or multi-branch operations is an advantage.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Organized and comfortable managing multiple franchise partners, follow-ups, and deadlines.
• Able to analyze problems and recommend practical solutions.
• Comfortable working independently while coordinating across different departments.
• Proficient with Google Workspace or similar business productivity tools.
• Willing to travel to franchise locations when required.
