Job summary

MatheMagis Singapore Maths is seeking a Franchise Officer to support franchise partners, uphold brand standards, and strengthen ties with head office. The role involves working with business owners, solving operational issues, and improving processes across locations.

Ideal candidates will have a business-related degree, strong relationship skills, and the ability to travel to franchise sites as needed. Collaboration with Operations, Marketing, Accounting, and Management is expected.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary support and coordination point for franchise partners.
• Conduct regular check-ins to understand operations and support needs.
• Help franchisees implement company standards, systems, and initiatives.
• Monitor operations for signs of concerns needing support.
• Coordinate with internal teams to address franchisee needs.
• Provide frontline support for company systems and processes.
• Assist in rollout and documentation of programs and SOPs.
• Maintain franchise records and action items.
• Support program and company projects as assigned.
