Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Generate, qualify, and manage franchise leads across sales channels.
• Conduct franchise presentations and discovery sessions with prospects.
• Explain franchise packages, investment requirements, and opportunities.
• Guide applicants through application, evaluation, and approval processes.
• Prepare franchise proposals, quotations, contracts, and related documents.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to onboard franchises.
• Develop and maintain relationships with franchise partners.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Maintain an accurate database of leads, pipeline, and interactions.
• Represent the company at franchise expos and networking events.
• Prepare sales forecasts and market intelligence updates.
• Collect pre-approval franchise fees and coordinate with Finance.
