Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 3–5 years of franchising, business development, or consulting experience.
• Strong understanding of franchise operations, contracts, and compliance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret financial and market data.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential franchisees through marketing, networking, and lead generation.
• Conduct feasibility studies and market analysis to evaluate franchise opportunities.
• Provide guidance on franchise operations, policies, and procedures.
• Support franchisees in business planning, financial management, and operational setup.
• Coordinate training programs for new franchisees to ensure compliance with brand standards.
• Monitor franchise performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Maintain strong relationships with franchisees and act as the primary contact for operational support.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing strategies and expansion plans.
