Job Description

• Developing and executing strategies to increase franchise profitability.
• Monitoring and analyzing franchise performance metrics.
• Providing guidance and support to franchisees on operational issues.
• Implementing marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility.
• Ensuring consistent implementation of brand standards across all franchises.
• Participate in the brand planning process for the brand and own key sections of the plan
• Manage components of co-promote alliance and work directly with counterparts
• Lead a portfolio of new product commercialization and graphics projects through the new product development process from Define to Post-launch
• Manage cross-functional teams, which may include Research & Development, Marketing, Sales, Packaging, Operations, Purchasing, Regulatory, Finance, and Planning
• Develop an in-depth understanding of assigned franchise, associated technologies and supply chain to ensure sound decision making from project chartering, through design and development, resulting in market successful products and reliable, cost-effective supply
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, MBA, Management, Education, Finance, Accounting, Business/Administration, Economics, Science
• With at least 2-5 years proven experience in franchise management or a related field.
• Willing to work on-site in Makati City from Monday to Friday
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Understanding of business operations and financial management.
• Ability to work collaboratively and build positive relationships.
