Job summary

Amici and Caramia Careers is seeking a Franchise Manager to oversee performance and growth of the franchise network in the Philippines. You will support existing franchisees, pursue new partners, and coordinate with head office teams to ensure brand and operational excellence.

You will lead franchise development, market research, and onboarding processes, while ensuring compliance with local laws and bankable financials. This role requires travel across metro and provincial locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, or related field.
• 3+ years in franchise operations, business development, or sales in F&B.
• Strong knowledge of local franchising laws and registration in the Philippines.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to provincial/metro locations.
• Experience launching or managing a multi-branch concept preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular communication with franchisees to support operations.
• Conduct franchisee evaluations to ensure brand and service standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve performance and profitability.
• Coordinate with Store Operations, Marketing, Procurement, and others.
• Organize meetings and training to boost franchisee engagement.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies; evaluate candidates.
• Guide applicants through application, screening, and approval.
• Draft franchise agreements and review applicants’ financials.
• Support onboarding and store openings.
• Conduct market research and feasibility studies for new territories.
• Prepare regular franchise operations and development reports.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by executives.
