Job summary

Pares Retiro is seeking a Franchise Sales professional to generate leads, present opportunities, and guide potential franchisees through the onboarding process. You will coordinate with internal teams to close deals and drive growth.

The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with travel for meetings and franchise events. A Bachelor's degree in a business field and 1–3 years in related sales is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business-related field.
• 1–3 years in sales, franchising, business development, or account management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong CRM and consultative selling skills.
• Results-driven with ability to meet/exceed sales targets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Willing to travel for client meetings and franchise events.

Responsibilities

• Generate, qualify, and manage franchise leads through sales and marketing channels.
• Conduct franchise presentations and discovery sessions with prospective franchisees.
• Explain franchise packages, investment requirements, and opportunities.
• Guide applicants through the application, evaluation, and approval process.
• Prepare franchise proposals, quotations, and contracts.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate onboarding.
• Develop and maintain relationships with franchise partners.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Maintain a franchise leads database and sales pipeline.
• Represent the company at expos, forums, and promotional events.
• Prepare regular sales forecasts and market intelligence updates.
• Collect pre-approval fees and coordinate documentation with Finance.
