Job summary

Cocopan is seeking a Franchise Development Officer in Manila to drive franchise growth from inquiry to Founder’s Interview. You will manage inquiries, present opportunities, and guide applicants through the process.

The ideal candidate communicates confidently, builds relationships with entrepreneurs, and ensures follow-through across all stages of the sales journey. Familiarity with CRM tools and franchising is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in franchise sales, business development, consultative sales, real estate sales, financial products, B2B sales, or similar industries.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino.
• Comfortable handling phone calls, chat inquiries, and client conversations.
• Organized, persistent, and detail-oriented in managing multiple prospects.
• Basic understanding of sales reports and performance metrics.
• Experience using CRM platforms; HubSpot experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Franchise Lead Management: Manage and nurture inquiries; maintain an updated sales pipeline; track conversations and next steps; qualify prospects; schedule Discovery Sessions; re-engage pending prospects.
• Franchise Presentation & Business Development: Conduct Discovery Sessions; present investment requirements, business model, operations and support; address inquiries; represent Cocopan at events.
• Applicant Management: Guide applicants through the application process; prepare profiles for Founder’s Interviews; identify missing requirements or issues; maintain relationships until completion.
• Reporting & Monitoring: Prepare franchise pipeline and conversion reports; track performance and follow-ups; ensure CRM data accuracy.
