Job summary

Excellent People's Multi-Purpose Cooperative in the Philippines is seeking a Franchise Operations Leader to oversee daily operations of our franchise outlets across Metro Manila and nearby areas. You will ensure adherence to company standards and support franchise partners to drive performance.

You will conduct regular store visits, implement brand strategies to improve customer experience and profitability, and provide on-site training and resources to franchise staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 0–2 years experience in franchise operations or retail management.
• Willingness to work on field and conduct store visits.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Frequent travel to franchise locations required.

Responsibilities
