Job summary

Cocopan is seeking an Assistant Franchise Development & Growth Manager to own the growth strategy for franchise partners. The role blends digital acquisition, lead management, franchise sales, and investor presentations to drive expansion.

The ideal candidate will manage the growth funnel from lead generation to applicant conversion, and will engage with entrepreneurs and business owners while tracking campaign performance and funnel metrics.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
5+ years of franchise development, B2B growth, sales leadership, or business development.
Proven experience managing paid Meta campaigns and interpreting Ads Manager performance.
Hands-on experience managing CRM-based sales funnels.
Strong presentation and communication skills in English and Filipino.
Experience engaging with investors, entrepreneurs, or business owners.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret funnel performance and reports.
Self-driven, organized, and comfortable managing targets independently.

Responsibilities

Develop franchise growth plans aligned with business targets and expansion goals.
Plan, launch, and optimize Meta ads for franchise recruitment and growth.
Own the franchise sales pipeline through CRM platforms and ensure visibility.
Conduct Franchise Discovery Sessions and present investment requirements.
Prepare weekly franchise growth updates and monthly funnel performance reports.
Analyze data from CRM and marketing campaigns to improve conversion.
