Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist all prospective franchise inquiries and provide necessary information and support.
• Prepare, review, and finalize Franchise Agreements.
• Develop and present a Gantt chart of activities from store design phase to actual opening date.
• Coordinate with all relevant departments to ensure franchise needs are addressed.
• Ensure franchise owners comply fully with the Franchise Agreement and related conditions.
• Manage and monitor the proper operations of franchise outlets.
• Track, update, and ensure timely processing of franchise billings.
• Facilitate post-sales meetings and maintain open dialogue to address franchisee concerns.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns and activities to increase exposure for franchise outlets.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Sales and Marketing Manager.
