Job summary

Swissôtel Clark is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to oversee daily F&B operations in a busy Clark Freeport Zone hotel. You will plan, organize and direct service standards to ensure exceptional guest experiences across all outlets.

The role requires a Diploma in Hospitality Management/F&B, at least 5 years in a similar capacity, and strong English communication. MS Office skills and additional language abilities are advantageous. Part-time schedule with competitive perks.

Qualifications

Diploma in Hospitality Management/F&B preferred.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in F&B.
Proficiency in English reading, writing and speaking.
MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.

Job Description

This positionis responsible forthe daily management of F&B Department service, ensuring that the highest standard of F&B service is provided to the Hotel’s guests.

The Food & Beverage Manager plans, organizes anddirectthe overall F&B service operation and administration.

Qualifications

Knowledge and Experience

Diploma in Hospitality Management/Food & Beverage preferred
Additionalcertification(s) in Food & Beverage will be an advantage
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
Good reading,writingand oralproficiencyin English language
Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage
Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
High degree of professionalism with sound human resources management and business acumen capabilities
