Job summary

Philippine Spring Water Resources, Inc. seeks a data-driven transport data analyst to monitor GPS and telematics data, build driver reports, and support fleet efficiency across plants, branches, and customers.

You will generate scorecards for on-time delivery, track km/L trends to spot issues, and collaborate with warehouse and sales teams to cut delays and transport costs.

Responsibilities

• Read GPS and telematics data to monitor routes, idle time, speed, and generate driver reports.
• Flag drops in km/L to identify fuel theft or engine issues.
• Monitor fuel use, fleet card spending, and repair bills across all plants and branches.
• Create daily, weekly, and monthly scorecards for on-time delivery and vehicle health.
• Collaborate with warehousing and sales teams to fix delays and reduce transport costs.
• Track vehicle mileage to schedule parts replacement and servicing.
• Open support tickets with telematics suppliers to fix parts or SIM issues.
• Remotely assist local mechanics to troubleshoot GPS units.
• Keep software updated by adding drivers and vehicle profiles and drawing delivery geofences.

About the role

This job focuses both on keeping the tracking tools running and using such tools to help the company cut fuel and repair costs, track GPS and delivery data, and making sure trucks move goods safely and on time across company manufacturing plants, Sales Branches and Customers nationwide.

Key responsibilities

• Read GPS and telematics data to check truck routes, idle time, and speed. Clean up raw tracking data to build driver reports on engine idling, speeding, and sudden braking. Pull data from your fleet system and organize it into clean spreadsheets or dashboard templates for logistics heads.

• Flag sudden drops in kilometers-per-liter (km/L) metrics so management can check for fuel theft or mechanical engine issues.

• Monitor fuel use, fleet card spending, and repair bills for every plant and sales branch.

• Make daily, weekly, and monthly scorecards for on-time delivery and truck health.

• Work with local warehouse and sales teams to fix delivery delays and high transport costs.

• Track vehicle mileage to schedule parts replacement and servicing before breakdowns happen.

• Open support tickets with your telematics suppliers and telecom providers to swap out broken parts or fix SIM card connection issues.

• Remotely help local plant mechanics check wiring or reset GPS tracking units when trucks go offline.

• Keep the software updated by adding new drivers, setting up vehicle digital profiles, and drawing delivery geofences.
