Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field (preferred).
  • 2-4 years of experience in fleet, transport, or logistics operations with supervisory exposure.
  • Strong knowledge of transport operations, fleet utilization, and delivery scheduling.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced operational environment and flexible schedules if required.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure smooth daily transport operations, truck availability, timely dispatch, and adequate truck allocation to Business Units while maintaining zero backlog of transport requirements.
  • Ensure timely liquidation and submission of transport and related documents.
  • Monitor and maintain target utilization of the Business-Owned Fleet (BOF), fuel consumption, and fuel yield while implementing cost-reduction and efficiency initiatives.
  • Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of BOFs with OMM counterparts to avoid downtime and service interruptions.
  • Direct, guide, supervise, coach, and develop fleet and transport personnel while monitoring team performance and ensuring compliance with operational standards.
  • Communicate and coordinate transport requirements with internal stakeholders and external service providers, providing solutions and ensuring concerns are properly addressed.
  • Prepare operational and performance reports, attend coordination meetings, identify process improvements, and perform other duties or special projects assigned by management.
