J&T Express is hiring a Fleet Coordinator to manage fleet records, maintenance schedules, documentation, and compliance. You will handle fleet reporting, vehicle allocation, cost monitoring, and coordinate with drivers and service providers to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining efficiency.

Qualifications

• College graduate preferably in Logistics/Operations.
• At least 2 years of working experience in logistics/related field.
• Keen in coordinating, scheduling and routing of truck fleet.
• Experience in Logistics/E-Commerce operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage fleet records and maintenance schedules.
• Oversee documentation and compliance requirements.
• Produce fleet reporting and vehicle allocation; monitor costs.
• Coordinate with drivers, service providers and internal teams for smooth operations.
• Review trucking-related claims, conduct investigations and identify improvements.
