Job summary

J&T Express in Pasig is seeking an experienced Fleet Supervisor to oversee the overall truck fleet operation. You will coordinate vehicle usage, maintenance records, GPS monitoring, and pre/post-trip documentation, while leading the dispatch team and drivers.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's in logistics or related field, 3+ years in supervision, and strong planning, scheduling, and communication skills to drive efficiency in our logistics operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics/Operations or related field.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in fleet/logistics.
• Proven ability to plan, schedule and route truck fleets.
• Experience in Logistics/E-Commerce operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and route trucks to maximize driver productivity.
• Ensure SOPs and safety policies are followed at all times.
• Maintain fleet vehicle maintenance and service schedules.
• Coordinate with clients and partner forwarders.
• Lead and motivate the dispatch team and drivers.
• Monitor driver and truck activities and records.
• Maintain accurate admin records and inventory for vehicles and parts.
