Job summary

PH Global Jet Express Inc. (J&T Express) is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to manage the day-to-day operations of our fleet of vehicles. This role involves ensuring all vehicles are properly maintained and scheduling regular maintenance appointments to guarantee operational efficiency.

You will work closely with management to develop strategies for improving efficiency and reducing costs, while also maintaining detailed records and coordinating repairs with insurance companies when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Must know the repair process regarding truck billing/payment process.
• Maintain detailed records of vehicle servicing and inspection.
• Schedule regular vehicle maintenance to ensure operational efficiency.
• Ensure strict servicing and maintenance times to minimize downtime and maintain schedules.
• Schedule maintenance and repairs on vehicles.
• Coordinate with insurance companies to file claims for damaged vehicles.
• Report vehicle accidents or other incidents involving company vehicles to insurance companies or the legal department as appropriate.
• Maintain a fleet inventory of all company-owned vehicles, including make and model, purchase date, current mileage, and any outstanding repairs to be performed; ensure vehicles are insured and registered.
