Job summary

J&T Express is seeking a Fleet Admin to manage fleet records, maintenance schedules, documentation, and compliance across the Philippine network. The role requires coordinating with drivers, service providers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and efficient fleet management.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in logistics or related fields and a strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Qualifications

• College graduate preferably in Logistics/Operations.
• 1–2 years of experience in the related field.
• Must be keen in coordinating, scheduling and routing of truck fleet.
• Preferably with experience in Logistics/E-Commerce operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage fleet records, vehicle maintenance schedules, documentation, and compliance requirements.
• Handle fleet reporting, vehicle allocation, cost monitoring, and coordination with drivers, service providers, and internal teams.
• Review trucking-related claims, conduct investigations, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Maintain operational efficiency while managing multiple tasks.
