Job summary

YTO EXPRESS is seeking a Fleet Asset Coordinator to maintain accurate records of fleet assets, monitor assignments, and assist with registration and tagging of new assets.

You will oversee asset condition, maintenance tracking, and re-conciliate records, coordinating with branches, drivers, and mechanics; you will generate regular reports and support disposal in line with company policy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 1-2 years of experience in asset or fleet management preferred.
• Fresh graduates may be considered.
• Strong familiarity with asset tracking, inventory reconciliation, and documentation.
• Proficient in Excel/Sheets and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of fleet assets, including vehicles and equipment.
• Monitor asset assignments, transfers, movements, and locations.
• Assist in registration, tagging, and documentation of new assets.
• Track condition, utilization, and status of fleet assets.
• Coordinate with branches, drivers, mechanics, and departments regarding asset concerns.
• Monitor preventive maintenance schedules and service records.
• Conduct regular physical inventory and inspections.
• Reconcile physical assets against records and investigate discrepancies.
• Track vehicle registration, insurance, permits, and other documents.
• Prepare inventory and asset movement reports.
• Assist in documenting damaged, lost, transferred, disposed, or retired assets.
• Support disposal and replacement processes per policy.
• Ensure proper filing and safekeeping of asset documents.
• Assist in implementing asset management policies.
• Perform other duties related to fleet and asset management.
