Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics/Operations (or related field)
• 3–5 years of relevant work experience in logistics/fleet operations
• Keen on coordinating, scheduling and routing of truck fleets; experience in Logistics/E‑Commerce ops is a plus

Responsibilities

• Maintain fleet vehicle records: ownership, registration, insurance, and upkeep.
• Track and update maintenance schedules; coordinate repairs with service providers.
• Prepare reports on fleet performance, costs, and efficiency; analyze data for improvements.
• Coordinate vehicle allocation to ensure timely availability for operations.
• Monitor fuel usage, maintenance, and repair costs; suggest cost-saving measures.
• Review and process trucking-related claims; verify supporting documents.
• Investigate liability issues and gather information for root-cause analysis.
• Communicate with drivers, service providers, and internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
