Job summary

You will monitor daily fleet operations, vehicle dispatching, availability and maintenance, and assist with accident reports, insurance claims, and fleet documentation while coordinating with drivers and third-party service providers.

• On-site work in Taguig.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate daily fleet operations and vehicle dispatching.
• Track vehicle availability, utilization, and maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance, repairs, and servicing of company vehicles.
• Assist in handling accident reports, insurance claims, and vehicle documentation.
• Maintain accurate fleet records, fuel monitoring, and operational reports.
• Coordinate with drivers, suppliers, mechanics, and third-party service providers.
• Monitor fuel consumption, mileage, and vehicle performance.
