Job summary

You will monitor daily fleet operations, vehicle dispatching, availability and maintenance, and assist with accident reports, insurance claims, and fleet documentation while coordinating with drivers and third-party service providers.

1–3 years in fleet/logistics or related roles.
Bachelor's degree required.
On-site work in Taguig.

Responsibilities

Monitor and coordinate daily fleet operations and vehicle dispatching.
Track vehicle availability, utilization, and maintenance schedules.
Coordinate preventive maintenance, repairs, and servicing of company vehicles.
Assist in handling accident reports, insurance claims, and vehicle documentation.
Maintain accurate fleet records, fuel monitoring, and operational reports.
Coordinate with drivers, suppliers, mechanics, and third-party service providers.
Monitor fuel consumption, mileage, and vehicle performance.
