Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in fleet operations, transport coordination, logistics, or supply chain management.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate daily fleet operations to ensure optimal vehicle utilization, availability, and on-time delivery performance.
• Support routing and dispatch strategies to improve delivery efficiency and adherence to schedules.
• Provide operational support to drivers, delivery crews, and transport personnel to resolve issues.
• Schedule and coordinate preventive maintenance, repairs, and servicing to minimize downtime.
• Maintain fleet records including maintenance histories, vehicle registrations, permits, insurance documents, and truck portfolios.
• Coordinate with third-party transport providers to ensure compliance with service agreements and performance standards.

Education

• Schedule, monitor, and coordinate preventive maintenance, repairs, and servicing activities to minimize vehicle downtime and maximize fleet reliability.
• Maintain and update fleet records, including maintenance histories, vehicle registrations, permits, insurance documents, and truck portfolios.
• Coordinate with third-party transport providers to ensure compliance with service agreements, operational requirements, and performance standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Transportation, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in fleet operations, transport coordination, logistics, or supply chain management.
• Experience in fleet utilization monitoring, maintenance coordination, and transport compliance is an advantage.
