Job summary

GOLDEN BAY GRAIN TERMINAL CORP PAGBILAO/SARIAYA is seeking a fleet dispatcher to plan, schedule, and dispatch trucks and drivers to meet delivery requirements. You will monitor vehicle movements via GPS to ensure on-time performance and assign routes and loads considering capacity and deadlines.

You will maintain accurate trip records and driver logs, track truck availability and maintenance, ensure compliance with traffic laws and company policies, and support route optimization to reduce empty

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and dispatch trucks and drivers according to delivery requirements, routes, and priorities.
• Monitor vehicle movements through GPS and tracking systems to ensure on-time performance.
• Assign routes and loads to drivers, considering capacity, fuel efficiency, and delivery deadlines.
• Act as the primary point of contact for drivers to provide instructions, resolve issues, and handle emergencies or delays.
• Maintain accurate and updated records of trips, driver logs, fuel usage, and delivery documentation.
• Track and report truck availability, maintenance schedules, and repair needs.
• Ensure compliance with traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Support fleet utilization and cost control by optimizing routes and reducing empty runs.
• Provide daily and weekly reports to management regarding delivery performance and operational concerns.
