Global Jet Cargo Philippines Inc. (J&T Cargo PH) seeks a Fleet Operations Supervisor to manage daily fleet activities, optimize vehicle usage, and coordinate drivers while ensuring timely maintenance and safety compliance.

You will monitor fuel, track maintenance logs, manage incidents, and collaborate with external service providers to minimize downtime while upholding high service standards for logistics operations across our network.

Competenze

• Bachelor-level degree in logistics, transportation, business administration, engineering, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of fleet management and vehicle maintenance processes.
• Experience leading teams and coordinating drivers in a logistics/supply chain setting.
• Familiarity with accident claims, repairs, and vehicle coordination is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and decision-making abilities under pressure.
• Ability to work on field tasks and adapt to varying schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Transportation, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
• At least 1–3 years of experience in fleet, logistics, transportation, or operations supervision
• Strong knowledge of fleet management and vehicle maintenance processes
• Experience handling accident claims, repairs, and vehicle coordination is an advantage
• Good leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and coordination abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and report preparation
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple operations simultaneously
• Familiarity with GPS tracking systems and fleet monitoring tools is a plus
• Willing to do field work and flexible with schedules when needed
