Job summary

Satellite Office in the Philippines seeks its first sales hire for a fast-growing AI consultancy. You will own cold outreach, qualify leads, and shape the sales process from the ground up, working closely with the founder.

You’ll target Australia, the US, and other English-speaking markets, manage the pipeline in our CRM, and drive deals to close with founder support. This is a hands-on role with clear, outcome-based goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales with cold outreach experience.
• Ability to close deals with founder support.
• Excellent English communication, both spoken and written.
• Experience selling to English-speaking markets (Australia/US/UK).

Responsibilities

• Own cold outreach on LinkedIn to Australia and overseas customers.
• Follow up warm leads from Google Ads.
• Qualify leads and uncover client problems and requirements.
• Help shape proposals with the founder and technical team.
• Carry deals most of the way to close with founder involvement.
