Job summary

Pearl Talent is seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator to lead outbound campaign execution and client onboarding end to end. This remote role spans LATAM or the Philippines and collaborates closely with founders in a bootstrapped, founder-led environment.

You will source leads at volume, build outbound sequences, manage 5–15 daily replies, and set up email infrastructure, aiming to cut manual work significantly while keeping campaigns robust.

Qualifications

• Must have 2-5 years in sales operations or related GTM roles at B2B SaaS startups or agencies.
• Hands-on use of AI tooling beyond chat interfaces, including API connections.
• Experience sourcing high-volume B2B leads with enrichment platforms.
• Experience running cold email campaigns on outbound platforms.
• Ability to own end-to-end outbound operations in a founder-led environment.
• C1+ English for written emails and client communication.

Responsibilities

• Source roughly 1,000 leads per week using AI-powered enrichment tools.
• Build and populate outbound sequences and manage replies daily.
• Introduce warm leads to clients and stand up email infrastructure for new accounts.
• Monitor deliverability and reduce founders' manual campaign work by 10+ hours weekly.
• Maintain fully populated active campaigns and timely responses.
