Job summary

Overseas is seeking a B2B Software Sales Representative to be the first dedicated sales hire for a fast-growing B2B SaaS company serving field service and operations businesses. You’ll own the full sales funnel from inbound response to close in a 100% remote setup, with US business hours and reporting to the founder.

You’ll close software subscriptions and professional services, influence process design, and drive revenue in an early-stage environment with high ownership and impact.

Qualifications

• Proven experience closing or contributing to closing B2B software sales.
• Excellent spoken English with the confidence to lead live demos and discovery calls.
• Self-directed with high ownership mindset and able to report to a founder.
• Strong CRM discipline and ability to follow a documented SOP.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete sales cycle from research and outreach through qualification, demo, proposal, close, and handoff to onboarding.
• Engage inbound leads via call, email, and SMS with speed to lead as defined in the SOP.
• Conduct structured discovery focusing on pain, tools, decision process, timeline, and budget signals.
• Lead product demos with support from customer success and send proposals and quotes.
• Close software subscriptions and professional services and onboarding packages.
• Research target accounts, build call lists, and conduct cold/warm outbound outreach to book meetings.
• Maintain CRM pipeline hygiene with next steps, close dates, and notes.
• Provide weekly activity and pipeline reporting and share call insights with product/marketing.
