Job summary

Overseas is hiring a B2B Software Sales Representative to own the full sales funnel from inboundResponse to close in a 100% remote setup. You will report directly to the founder and manage pipeline, SOPs, and revenue outcomes for software subscriptions and services.

The role requires a proven closer, independent work style, and strong English communication during live demos and discovery calls, with availability during US business hours.

Qualifications

• Proven experience closing or contributing to closing B2B software or high-consideration sales.
• Excellent spoken English with the confidence to lead live demos and discovery calls.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete sales cycle from research and outreach through qualification, demo, proposal, close, and onboarding handoff.
• Engage inbound leads via call, email, and SMS with speed to lead as a standard.
• Run structured discovery covering pain, tools, process, timeline and budget signals; lead product demos with CS support.
• Send proposals, chase signatures, and confirm kickoff details for each won deal.
• Close software subscriptions and professional services/onboarding packages.
• Maintain CRM day-to-day: pipeline stages, fields, tags, sequences; ensure hygiene and accuracy.
• Provide light weekly reporting on activity, pipeline, wins/losses, blockers; share insights with product/marketing.
