ESC Corporation in Ortigas is seeking a confident Sales Support Officer to back Australian brokers and contribute to business development. You will handle broker inquiries, assist with accreditation, and coordinate with sales and operations teams to drive activity.

The role suits someone who enjoys speaking with customers and partners, is comfortable outbound calls, and can build rapport quickly while delivering professional service.

Qualifications

• Role requires experience in sales support, customer service, or broker support.
• Experience in financial services, lending, banking, fintech or commercial finance is highly regarded.
• Confident, professional spoken English for Australian customers and brokers.
• Comfortable handling inbound and proactive outbound calls.
• Good written English and professional email communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Act as a primary point of contact for inbound enquiries from finance brokers and prospective introducers.
• Respond to telephone and email enquiries regarding lending products, processes and broker proposition.
• Explain the broker accreditation process and assist with completing requirements to become accredited.
• Follow up accreditation enquiries and applications to progress through onboarding.
• Make proactive outbound calls to finance brokers and prospective introducers.
• Introduce brokers to products and broker proposition and identify opportunities for further engagement with the Australian sales team.
• Build positive relationships with existing and prospective broker partners.
• Maintain accurate records of broker enquiries, conversations, follow-up activities and accreditation progress.
• Coordinate with Australian sales, credit and operations teams for technical or credit-related assistance.
• Follow up prospective brokers at agreed intervals and maintain an organised pipeline of broker opportunities.
• Assist with general sales administration, broker communications and related support activities.
• Prepare or maintain sales activity reports and other information required by the sales team.
• Develop a sound working knowledge of products, eligibility requirements and broker processes.
• Ensure all broker communications are professional, accurate and compliant with procedures and regulatory requirements.
