Qualifications

• Experience working with Fintech, Mobile, retail industry
• At least 2 years experience in any supervisory or managerial roles
• Experience handling promoters, sales agents, or field sales teams
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills
• Strong territory and field management skills

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets within the assigned area
• Recruit, onboard, and manage retail partners (e.g., merchants, stores)
• Monitor and drive productivity of partner outlets and field sales teams
• Ensure proper execution of sales processes and credit application procedures
• Train staff on Skyro products, systems, and compliance standards
• Analyze sales performance and implement strategies to improve results
• Build strong relationships with merchants
• Ensure adherence to company policies, risk controls, and regulatory requirements
• Identify market opportunities and expand Skyro’s presence in the area
• Report sales performance, pipeline, and activities to management regularly
• Other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time
