Job summary

Skyro is seeking a Business Development Regional Officer (SME) to drive growth of fintech products across the assigned region in the Philippines. The role focuses on acquiring SME clients, forming strategic partnerships, expanding merchant networks, and achieving revenue targets.

You will manage client relationships, conduct product demos, collaborate with marketing for regional campaigns, and monitor portfolio performance while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in business development, SME banking, fintech, or financial services.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in digital payments, lending, or financial products is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and onboard SME clients within the assigned region.
• Drive adoption of fintech products such as digital payments, POS solutions, lending products, mobile wallets, payroll solutions, or other financial platforms.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.
• Develop and execute regional business development strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with SME owners and key stakeholders.
• Conduct product presentations, demos, and consultative sales meetings.
• Provide ongoing client support to ensure product usage and retention.
• Monitor portfolio performance and support risk management where applicable.
