Job summary

Skyro is a fast-growing fintech company based in the National Capital Region, Philippines. This role focuses on driving sales, recruiting and managing retail partners, and expanding Skyro's presence across the assigned area.

You will train staff on Skyro products, monitor performance, and report progress to management while ensuring adherence to policies and regulatory requirements. The position offers growth within a dynamic fintech environment in the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets within the assigned area
• Recruit, onboard, and manage retail partners (merchants, stores)
• Monitor and drive productivity of partner outlets and field sales teams
• Ensure proper execution of sales processes and credit application procedures
• Train staff on Skyro products, systems, and compliance standards
• Analyze sales performance and implement strategies to improve results
• Build strong relationships with merchants
• Ensure adherence to company policies, risk controls, and regulatory requirements
• Identify market opportunities and expand Skyro's presence in the area
• Report sales performance, pipeline, and activities to management regularly
• Other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time
