Job summary

Skyro, a fast-growing fintech company based in the Philippines, is expanding its field sales presence in Samar and Catbalogan. We are hiring a Sales Representative to drive new business with merchants, onboard partners, and manage field teams to hit monthly and annual targets.

You will train staff on Skyro products, ensure compliant sales processes, analyze performance, and report progress to management. The role offers opportunities to grow within a dynamic, international fintech environment.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets within the assigned area
• Recruit, onboard, and manage retail partners (e.g., merchants, stores)
• Monitor and drive productivity of partner outlets and field sales teams
• Ensure proper execution of sales processes and credit application procedures
• Train staff on Skyro products, systems, and compliance standards
• Analyze sales performance and implement strategies to improve results
• Build strong relationships with merchants
• Ensure adherence to company policies, risk controls, and regulatory requirements
• Identify market opportunities and expand Skyro’s presence in the area
• Report sales performance, pipeline, and activities to management regularly
• Other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time
