Job summary

Skyro, a fast-growing fintech company based in the Philippines, seeks a Sales role to drive monthly and annual targets in the Leyte/Ormoc area, contributing to fair, accessible digital lending and strong customer service.

You will recruit and onboard retail partners, monitor outlet productivity, ensure compliant credit applications, train staff, analyze performance, and report progress to management while expanding Skyro's presence.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets within the assigned area
• Recruit, onboard, and manage retail partners (e.g., merchants, stores)
• Monitor and drive productivity of partner outlets and field sales teams
• Ensure proper execution of sales processes and credit application procedures
• Train staff on Skyro products, systems, and compliance standards
• Analyze sales performance and implement strategies to improve results
• Build strong relationships with merchants
• Ensure adherence to company policies, risk controls, and regulatory requirements
• Identify market opportunities and expand Skyro's presence in the area
• Report sales performance, pipeline, and activities to management regularly
• Other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time
