Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in business development or fintech sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience with digital payments or SME banking is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of SME market dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard SME clients in the region.
• Promote fintech products across channels and merchants.
• Build partnerships with associations and distributors.
• Provide market feedback and help shape regional strategies.
