Job summary

Skyro is seeking a field sales professional in the Philippines, specifically the Samar region, to drive growth for its fintech lending solutions. The role focuses on achieving monthly and annual targets by recruiting and managing retail partners, monitoring outlet productivity, and ensuring compliant, efficient sales processes.

You will train staff on Skyro products, analyze performance data, and build strong merchant relationships to expand Skyro’s presence locally.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets within the assigned area
• Recruit, onboard, and manage retail partners (e.g., merchants, stores)
• Monitor and drive productivity of partner outlets and field sales teams
• Ensure proper execution of sales processes and credit application procedures
• Train staff on Skyro products, systems, and compliance standards
• Analyze sales performance and implement strategies to improve results
• Build strong relationships with merchants
• Ensure adherence to company policies, risk controls, and regulatory requirements
• Identify market opportunities and expand Skyro’s presence in the area
• Report sales performance, pipeline, and activities to management regularly
• Other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time
