Job summary

Skyro, a fast-growing fintech company, seeks a results-driven sales professional to drive monthly and annual targets in Tacloban and surrounding areas. You will recruit, onboard and manage retail partners, monitor outlet productivity, and ensure compliant credit application processes.

Reporting to management, you will build strong merchant relationships, identify market opportunities, and expand Skyro's presence while adhering to company policies and risk controls.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets within the assigned area
• Recruit, onboard, and manage retail partners (e.g., merchants, stores)
• Monitor and drive productivity of partner outlets and field sales teams
• Ensure proper execution of sales processes and credit application procedures
• Train staff on Skyro products, systems, and compliance standards
• Analyze sales performance and implement strategies to improve results
• Build strong relationships with merchants
• Ensure adherence to company policies, risk controls, and regulatory requirements
• Identify market opportunities and expand Skyro's presence in the area
• Report sales performance, pipeline, and activities to management regularly
• Other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time
