SHINTO TEK CONSULTANCY INC is seeking a results-driven Financial Solutions Specialist in Metro Manila to engage financially distressed customers with debt restructuring and refinancing options. You will manage leads, assess finances, and guide enrollments to drive revenue in a quota-driven role.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of sales experience in consumer lending or fintech, strong closing and negotiation skills, and a proven ability to manage a structured sales pipeline using a CRM system.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of quota-driven sales experience in Consumer Lending, Digital Lending, Fintech, Debt Consolidation, or Financial Services
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets
• Strong closing, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
• Good understanding of financial products and customer repayment capacity
• Experience using CRM systems and managing a structured sales pipeline
