Job summary

FLIN Philippines is seeking a results-driven sales professional for the Restructuring & Refinancing Program. You will own defined monthly mediation enrollment and debt consolidation quotas, convert inbound leads, and conduct structured financial assessment calls to position compelling restructuring solutions.

You will overcome objections, maintain aggressive follow-up, track CRM stages, coordinate with underwriting and product teams, and push for timely enrollments while ensuring affordability

Qualifications

• Clear communication in Tagalog and English (mandatory).
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Quota-driven sales experience in consumer/digital lending and debt consolidation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own a defined monthly mediation enrollment/debt consolidation disbursement quota.
• Convert inbound and assigned leads into restructuring program enrollments.
• Conduct structured financial assessment calls.
• Present clear, compelling restructuring solutions.
• Overcome affordability and trust objections decisively.
• Maintain aggressive follow-up discipline to prevent lead leakage.
• Close enrollments within defined cycle times.
